  3. For customers who are ordering multiple test kits, we offer free delivery provided that a minimum of £40 is spent. This means that if you order more than one test kit and your total order value is over £40, you won’t have to pay any additional delivery charges.
  4. However, please note that additional shipping charges may apply for large volume orders and deliveries to Highlands and Islands. If you’re placing a large order or you live in a remote area, we recommend contacting our customer service team before placing your order to get a quote for shipping costs.

  1. Order Issues

In such cases, if your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection, or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.
  2. We strongly recommend that you provide accurate and complete delivery information when placing your order, including a valid delivery address and contact details. This will help to ensure that your order is delivered to you without any issues.
  3. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the correct delivery information. Once we have received confirmation of the correct delivery information, we will resend your order to you at an additional cost.
  1. BFPO Addresses
  1. BFPO addresses are unique addresses used by British military personnel stationed overseas. We are pleased to be able to ship to BFPO addresses, and we will do everything we can to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Please note that shipping to BFPO addresses may take longer than standard UK delivery times, and there may be restrictions on certain types of products that can be shipped to BFPO addresses. It is important that you provide accurate and complete delivery information when placing your order, including the recipient’s name, rank, and service number, as well as the unit or regiment name and number, and the BFPO number.
  3. We cannot be held responsible for delays, damages, or other issues that may arise during shipping to BFPO addresses, and we reserve the right to refuse to ship certain products to BFPO addresses if necessary. By placing an order with us and requesting delivery to a BFPO address, you agree to our shipping policies and understand that additional restrictions may apply.
