- Delivery Carriers

- We understand that choosing the right carrier is crucial in ensuring that your order is delivered on time and in good condition. That’s why we work with carriers who have a proven track record in delivering parcels safely and efficiently. By using Royal Mail and DPD, we can provide our customers with a range of delivery options and the peace of mind that their orders will be handled with care.
- Delivery Rates
- We offer a simple and transparent pricing structure for our delivery rates. For all orders, we charge a standard delivery rate of £5.45 per test kit delivery.
- For customers who are ordering multiple test kits, we offer free delivery provided that a minimum of £40 is spent. This means that if you order more than one test kit and your total order value is over £40, you won’t have to pay any additional delivery charges.
- However, please note that additional shipping charges may apply for large volume orders and deliveries to Highlands and Islands. If you’re placing a large order or you live in a remote area, we recommend contacting our customer service team before placing your order to get a quote for shipping costs.
- We believe in providing our customers with fair and reasonable delivery rates, and we strive to keep our costs as low as possible while still ensuring that your orders are delivered safely and efficiently.

- Delivery Requirements

- Order Issues
- We want to ensure that you receive your order in good condition and on time. We understand that sometimes things can go wrong during shipping, which is why we have a policy in place to address lost or damaged orders.
- If you do not receive your order within 7 working days from the date of dispatch, please contact our customer service team. We will investigate the status of your order and work with our carriers to determine the cause of the delay.
- In the event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, we will replace it free of charge provided that investigations by our carriers show justification or are inconclusive. We will require evidence of the loss or damage to your order, such as photographs, in order to process a replacement.
- Please note that if investigations by our carriers show that the loss or damage was due to customer negligence, we may not be able to offer a free replacement. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution in such cases.
- Order Returns
- At Berkeley Health Tests, we want to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. However, there may be circumstances where our carriers are unable to deliver your order to the address provided. In such cases, if your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection, or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.
- We strongly recommend that you provide accurate and complete delivery information when placing your order, including a valid delivery address and contact details. This will help to ensure that your order is delivered to you without any issues.
- If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the correct delivery information. Once we have received confirmation of the correct delivery information, we will resend your order to you at an additional cost.
- BFPO Addresses
- BFPO addresses are unique addresses used by British military personnel stationed overseas. We are pleased to be able to ship to BFPO addresses, and we will do everything we can to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner.
- Please note that shipping to BFPO addresses may take longer than standard UK delivery times, and there may be restrictions on certain types of products that can be shipped to BFPO addresses. It is important that you provide accurate and complete delivery information when placing your order, including the recipient’s name, rank, and service number, as well as the unit or regiment name and number, and the BFPO number.
- We cannot be held responsible for delays, damages, or other issues that may arise during shipping to BFPO addresses, and we reserve the right to refuse to ship certain products to BFPO addresses if necessary. By placing an order with us and requesting delivery to a BFPO address, you agree to our shipping policies and understand that additional restrictions may apply.
